The Best Strip Clubs in Liverpool

posted on 30/10/2026
Best of

The best strip club in Liverpool is Risqué on Peter Street, three minutes from Lime Street station, with private booths, champagne service and a 5 a.m. close at weekends. Angels Paradise on Princes Street and Rude on Duke Street follow. Six clubs make the list, all in the city centre.

Here they are in the order we would send someone, with the reasoning underneath.

Pussycats is a strip club on Eberle Street in Liverpool city centre, Merseyside. The only opening it publishes is Saturday, from 10pm until 6am.

Why this order

Risqué is the most consistent night in the city. It is small and discreet, built around private booths and champagne service, and it opens six nights a week from 8 p.m., closing at 5 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. It is 18 and over only.

Angels Paradise is the stag-do club: it opens on Fridays and Saturdays from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., has private booths, and sits down a narrow alley off Victoria Street. Rude is the full-scale night out: three floors inside a Grade II-listed 18th-century building on Duke Street, with a 40-foot marble bar, a main stage, a VIP balcony and a cigar lounge.

Erotica, close to Mathew Street, has more than 20 dancers and live pole shows through the night, and takes stag groups without a booking. Angels VIP on Old Hall Street is the sister club to Angels Paradise and the one to know midweek. Pussycats on Eberle Street lists Saturday nights only. Ranked on how much each club offers, when you can actually get in, and how its guests rate it.

A Tuesday or a Saturday

Liverpool's strip clubs are a weekend scene. Angels Paradise opens only on Fridays and Saturdays, and Pussycats only on Saturdays, both until 6 a.m.

Midweek, the choice narrows to two. Angels VIP opens every night of the week, from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. Sunday to Thursday. Risqué opens from 8 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, and on Wednesdays only when there is a match.

Before you go

  • Take photo ID. Risqué is 18 and over only.
  • Book ahead for a big group at the weekend. Angels VIP does not take online bookings on Fridays and Saturdays, while Erotica says stag parties need no booking.
  • Check the night before you set out: two of the six clubs open only at weekends.
  • Prices change and are rarely published in full. Treat any figure you find online as an indication and confirm it at the door.

If the vocabulary is new: a lap dance and a private dance are not always the same thing, and striptease is the stage show itself.

What we left off, and why

Two clubs, one on Wood Street and one on Mathew Street, are missing because we could not find a website of their own to confirm they are still open. We would rather leave a club off than send you to a locked door.

Common questions

Which Liverpool strip club is open every night?

Angels VIP on Old Hall Street opens seven days a week: from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. Sunday to Thursday, and from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Risqué on Peter Street opens six nights, with Wednesdays on match days only.

Which Liverpool strip clubs stay open latest?

Angels Paradise and Angels VIP stay open until 6 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and Pussycats until 6 a.m. on Saturdays. Risqué closes at 5 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Which Liverpool strip club is best for a big night out?

Rude on Duke Street, if you want a whole venue rather than a room. It spreads over three floors of a Grade II-listed 18th-century building, with a 40-foot marble bar, a main stage, a VIP balcony and a cigar lounge.

Do I need to book a Liverpool strip club for a stag do?

Not always. Erotica says stag parties need no booking and its bar team will help on arrival. Angels VIP does not take online bookings on Fridays and Saturdays, and Rude and Risqué both sell VIP tables and stag packages in advance.
