Steamer Quay is a gay sauna and relaxation spa on Rock Road in Torquay, and one of the longest-running venues of its kind in the south west — it says it has supported the LGBTQ+ community for over twenty years, with events for mixed-sex couples added more recently.

It is a large site for a sauna: 5,100 square feet holding a sixteen-person spa, a twelve-person sauna, a ten-person steam room, private cabins, open relaxation areas, a cinema, a TV lounge and hot food, with accommodation available alongside. Renovation has been running in stages.

Each opening day has its own character rather than a single house style — a T-Party on Wednesday, Exposed on Thursday, Free to be me! on Friday, a Kink session on Saturday daytime and Swing By on Saturday evening, and Flex on Sunday. The club is closed Monday and Tuesday, and asks anyone arriving after midnight to telephone first. Saturday nights vary and can need pre-registration, so check the calendar before travelling.
