I came and knocked the door a lady opens the door and very rudely denied that its not entertainment center. I don’t know why they making the club and when customer came they speaking shit even they don’t picking up the number which they add in the details. We came from a far away and this happened with me .

Hanna (Hostess) at the end starts having a conversation with a different customer about physics whilst I'm on top of her, totally disengaged and rude. I've paid an £80 fee for that. Then, the manager at the end starts going on about me as the "paying customer" to bring the correct change with me. It's not the first time that both the manager and owner have had an attitude problem with me. Waste of money, I absolutely won't be returning here again.
