Xtasia is a swingers and fetish club on the High Street in West Bromwich, in the West Midlands, and one of the oldest in the country — it says it was established in the 1980s and calls itself the UK's longest established swingers club.

It has grown into a complex rather than a single room: the Xtasia nightclub and spa sit alongside Flirts Bar, a cinema and a hotel, across two adjoining venues. Swinging and fetish events run weekly and are kept in separate diaries, and there are spa days and four types of guest room on site, from a double with its own bathroom to a mixed dormitory.
