Angel Entertainment describes itself as an event coordinator, promoter and DJ working across Michigan for single women and open-minded couples in the swing lifestyle. It holds no premises: its autumn calendar runs across four towns and four buildings — a club in Sterling Heights, the second floor of a strip club in Lincoln Park, a hotel in Detroit and another in Lansing.

The formats are its own list: private socials, bar meet-and-greets, on-premise club takeovers, complete hotel takeovers and destination trips. The stated aim is a no-pressure room — its copy is careful about that, describing an atmosphere meant to suit single women, beginner couples and long-time lifestyle regulars equally.

The door is couples and single women. Single men are not admitted and, in the brand's own words, are not allowed to join at all. Membership is a separate purchase from a ticket and the brand says so explicitly — membership does not include event admission — and it asks members to keep a profile in order to attend hotel takeovers.
