Secret Sinsations is a lifestyle hotel-party group working what its own strapline calls 'Pittsburgh to Indianapolis and Everywhere in Between'. It describes itself as the host of the lifestyle's classiest parties, and says it was voted best adult hotel takeovers of 2024 by ASN Magazine.

The format is consistent: a hotel taken over for a Friday and a Saturday, each night themed, running from the afternoon through to three in the morning, at three regular hotels — in Gettysburg and Beaver Falls in Pennsylvania and in Indianapolis. New Year runs three days instead of two. Alongside the parties it runs a Mr. and Mrs. Secret Sinsations title.

How it sells is unusual and worth knowing before setting out. Nothing is bought online: guests register in person on the day and are given a wristband, in cash, with no refunds, and a wristband is required to be on the property at all. Rooms are booked separately with the hotel itself. Single guests, men especially, must be approved by the organiser in advance and places for them are capped.
