Sauna Atlantis is a gay and libertine sauna on the edge of La Rochelle, in the industrial estate of Aytré, reachable by bus and with free parking close by. It is the La Rochelle branch of the Atlantis sauna, whose other house is in Périgueux. The club is air-conditioned and set over two levels of about 260 square metres, with a 50 square metre terrace with sun loungers and a shaded seating area.

Inside there are changing rooms, showers, a Finnish sauna, a hammam and a spa bath, a bar serving soft drinks, alcohol and light food, a smoking room and a small shop selling clothing and playful accessories. There are relaxation cabins, video lounges, a backroom with a sling and glory holes, and a massage room, with masseurs present on set afternoons by appointment at reception. Condoms and lube are provided.

The week is split between men-only and mixed days. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday are for gay men only, and Thursday afternoon is a naturist session. Monday, Friday and Saturday are mixed days open to gay, bi and straight guests, when women are welcome alone or with a partner.
