Le QG is a sauna in La Rochelle, near the Casino, fully air-conditioned — the only sauna that cools you down, as it puts it. It runs to all tendencies, with days set aside for gay guests, mixed days, a naturist gay Wednesday and an all-tendencies Thursday evening.

The balneo area has a jacuzzi, a hammam and a sauna, and is entirely naturist — swimming costumes are not allowed. There is a bar with a full licence.
