Le Mineshaft is a gay leather and BDSM club located at 28 rue Mazagran in Marseille, just 500 metres from La Canebière. It is the oldest French gay leather hard BDSM club, founded in 1967, and operated as a non-profit association (FSMC). The venue features three levels: a ground-floor bar with sodas and drinks, an upper floor with individual lockable lockers and changing rooms, and a basement with a sling, a Saint Andrew's cross, private cabins, a cage, and various accessories. Parking is available at the nearby Gambetta car park. Open on Fridays from 10pm, Saturdays from 11pm, the first Tuesday of the month from 5pm, and a Fist Party on the third Saturday of the month from 11pm.

Apparently it looks nice, I've never been there, it seems there are workshops everywhere, Arab guys, good-looking guys, budding musclemen, all sorts of jokes, white people, diversity in every sense, magnificent
Club exceptionnel à Marseille! Je suis déjà venu deux fois de Genève pour des soirées kinky. Le patron Marc est adorable et sait mettre à l’aise quand on arrive. Les prix de l’entrée et des consos sont vraiment raisonnables.
Et puis c’est quand même le tout premier club de ce genre en France. Quand on rentre, on sent l’histoire du lieu, c’est vraiment très émouvant.
La partie cruising en bas est très cool.
L’hygiène est top.

This club is legendary. It's like something out of a movie. Everything is red and dimly lit, warm, and sexy. The welcome is always fantastic, and you never know who you'll meet. No two nights are the same. I meet people there that I wouldn't meet anywhere else. It's a unique place.
