Unfortunately, it's not possible to give zero stars here, although that might actually be a testament to the fact that this store even exists… I didn't expect such rude and condescending service, as we've always received friendly service the last few times (from a woman with brown hair). But the older blonde woman with glasses is completely out of place in this store. If you work in a place like this, you should at least know how to spell "friendly." This behavior is absolutely appalling.

It was my first time there, and as soon as I walked in, the young, brown-haired lady at the checkout rudely and unfriendly told me not to touch anything. This woman should reconsider her career choice; she's completely out of place as a sales assistant! I left immediately. My first and last visit!

I wanted to exchange a defective device under warranty, but was refused because I no longer had the original packaging. I found this unacceptable, am simply disappointed, and as a long-time customer, I will never buy anything there again.

A fantastic visit! I received a warm welcome on Saturday from a lady who provided me with excellent advice. I was looking for a large plug and received incredibly kind and professional guidance. The selection in the store was impressive, and the atmosphere was discreet and inviting. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality products and a pleasant shopping experience. And of course, I tried out the product that very Saturday evening, and I have to say it's fantastic. My wife and I are thrilled. If I'm able to sit down again soon, I'll definitely be back!
