KinkyBricks is a pair of holiday flats for fetish and SM guests in the countryside between Stuttgart and the Swabian Alb. The house is a detached brick and half-timbered building more than a century old, fully modernised but with as much of the old character kept as the work allowed.

There are two flats in it and nothing else — BRICKS at around eighty square metres and KINKY at around seventy, both fully equipped. Each has a playroom fitted out for BDSM, with a bondage frame, a pillory, a whipping bench or a cage, and each has a full kitchen with fridge, hob, oven and microwave, and a bathroom stocked down to the shampoo. Bed linen and towels are provided, and so are condoms, disposable gloves, lubricant and disinfectant.

The house takes bookings through its own calendar, and directions come with them.
