It was another very nice experience :)
I don't know which Orion store these people were in that wrote such terrible reviews.
We were just there; the saleswoman was very nice and helpful if you ask politely.
I like to browse in peace, and if I need help, I ask.
And it was clean, too. We'd gladly come back.
I went to Orion Kempten today after a long time, but I could have saved myself the trouble. An unfriendly woman didn't even greet me; she was on the phone when I walked in. Apparently, I was interrupting, judging by her expression. After at least 10 minutes, she was done on the phone and showed absolutely no interest in whether I was looking for anything or if she could help me. It was obvious that it wasn't a job for her. That's no way to win customers.
Very, very unfriendly and arrogant staff. A year and a half ago it was a nice place to shop, but now it's completely messed up. There's an overpowering smell of e-shisha and absolutely no customer service. Very, very bad.
It,s ok 👌 👌 👌
