SM Apartment Bayern is a BDSM holiday apartment on the Bahnhofstraße in Wiesentheid, in Lower Franconia. It is let as accommodation rather than run as a club: you book the place and have it to yourselves.

The apartment is divided into named suites — the venue's own labels are Suite 1, Suite 2, Domicilium and a VIP Suite — and its photographs show the equipment that comes with them, including a bondage frame with padded rests and cuffs, a strapped bench and a hanging sling, set against whitewashed brick.

It previously traded as Bizarre Traumsuiten, and that domain still redirects here. There are no opening hours; contact the venue to book.
