Exceptional Friendly Large Stylish popcorn - 3 floors of products - exceptionaly friendly staff knowledgeable in english und deutsch - plenty of 🤩 clothing - plenty of 🌶️ clothing 'accessories' - amazing selection of 😈 latex facewear, jackets, upper/lower/under wear - shoes..... - didnt feel like enough time to browse with the giant selection Wife and I are extremely happy to have visited the location, staff pointed us in the right direction every step of the way. Walked away with a sizeable amount of clubwear. Need to come back!

i’m honestly such a big fan of this shop. i take a visit here for all my latex as they have a really good size collection as im not a size typical small. the selection of all fetishwear for all genders is fantastic and honestly the best fetish shop i’ve visited. nothing compares! and the pricing is very good! and staff are fantastic each time. i honestly wish they had more dvds and vhs but i understand why not as this is no longer a big market. 100% would recommend to any visitors to berlin as this is hands down the best fetish shop, thank you for helping me just before German Fetish Ball! ❤️😘 I will return soon!

We were today at the shop and the staff is really helpful but the real deal comes from the lovely owner itself. We are an older couple and the sizes are not perfect anymore. Due of her long experience she just helped us out in the most pleasant way with a lot of smiles and humor. We have now a beautiful stylish and classy outfit. Thanks a lot. So this is with pain in my heart.. I bought amazing stuff here, spent for 100s of euros, but no more in the last two years. As you can read in other reviews, the lady behind the counter cheats when she can. I guess she thought she could get away with it because I’m a tourist, but the entire Scandinavian kink and burner crowd goes shopping in Berlin and live in Berlin part time, and I make sure people know. Their name is no longer on the shopping list in our ENM and kink communities, with 100s of people inside. They made me pay way more. I was a bit rushed because I wanted to buy more than intended, it was close to closing time, so I had to sprint to the ATM. Came back with a couple of 100 euros. I took extra money for the hotel, but when I came back they said a number, that was exactly what I had taken + what I had in my wallet. It was a bit strange, because I could have sworn it would be for less. But since some items were for my partner, and he stayed behind, I assumed maybe he had changed some items, making it more expensive. And he is not a sharp cookie that pays attention to these things. The bag is already packed and the clothes wrapped inside, when I come back in with the money. We pay in cash, I’m confused about the amount, but I thought I’d check the receipt and item labels once I’m in the hotel. However, they knew we’d be flying back before they open because we chatted with them.. We open the bag and the receipt was NOT in the bag and the labels and price tags were all cut off the clothes. Insanity.

The black-haired saleswoman (maybe the owner) was extremely unpleasant and unjustifiably rude. Although the shop offers a relatively good selection of clothes, the bad customer service makes it entirely pointless to visit. Berlin has plenty of kinky shops where the staff are not only competent but also polite and friendly.
