You walk in and immediately feel welcome. Any nervousness disappears. You're greeted warmly and the atmosphere is relaxed. We really appreciated that the sales assistant wasn't pushy (we've had different experiences elsewhere). I have no idea if the recent positive reviews here are from friends, but ever since those two girls left from the summer store, I've been consistently disappointed, and I haven't heard anything positive from anyone I know either. Not only is the selection of clothes getting smaller and smaller, but today I thought I'd give the store another chance because I was looking for something for a party. When I walked in, there wasn't a single salesperson in sight. I browsed a bit while some hard techno music was playing, and then a woman came out of the back room. No "good morning," no friendly smile, just a stare with a strange white contact lens in her eye. Maybe she's already celebrating Halloween. I wasn't even asked if I was looking for anything specific. So, no service whatsoever. Not even when I went to pay did I get a "good morning" or a smile. I'm used to getting a little something extra after a certain purchase, but that wasn't the case either. Anyway, after not even being wished a nice day when I left, I left the store determined that it was the last time I'd ever shop there. Very unfortunate and very disappointing.

I tested the Swamp Monster and it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Thanks for the recommendation! I despise balls, so two Insect Eyes instead are purrfect for me. Google don’t let me show pictures with me putting it to use but here’s the best one in store.
