Beautiful, large, and well-stocked store. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. My husband and I felt very well taken care of. We'll gladly come again.

My wife and I went there once, and the salesperson was extremely pushy and constantly interfered during the fitting. He kept saying things like, "This won't fit," "This doesn't look good," and so on. Definitely not recommended if you want to feel comfortable.

Very nice shop. We received friendly and helpful service and advice. We'll gladly come again.

The laws regarding sales rights, warranties, and guarantees do not appear to have been adequately explained here. A significant defect was discovered when the seam of our purchased fabric penis came undone after only two months. Despite this, a refund was refused, and an exchange was out of the question. The store manager stated that only a paid repair was possible. 💯% 😂 Furthermore, the product was initially refused because no receipt could be provided. Payment was made by card, and the amount corresponded to the product price. The purchase date was verified by bank transfer, as was the fact that it was purchased in the store. ... As a result, I contacted the head office 😘 and successfully received a refund. ⚠️ It's unfortunate that the staff at the head office are better trained. I would have liked to use my legal insurance, but the effort involved was still disproportionately high. In the future, I will only shop online. 🛒 Despite my long-standing loyalty and the significant amount I've already spent at this store, I now feel compelled to do my shopping elsewhere. 😘

I really can't understand the bad reviews. I first went there in 2017 and received excellent advice, and then I went back again on April 6th, 2023. I went into the shop with mixed feelings because of the reviews, but it was nothing to worry about. I received top-notch advice again, and it was incredibly friendly. If I need something quickly again, I'll gladly go there.
