I visited this store for the first time yesterday, July 20th, 2026. I was overwhelmed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the saleswoman. I can't understand these negative reviews; the employee took plenty of time to explain the desired product and offered comprehensive advice in this sensitive area. Therefore, 5 stars, I'll be back. ☺️

An older woman treated my partner and me very rudely. It was more than obvious that she didn't want us there. A real shame in an atmosphere where one should actually feel comfortable. Not recommended.

I was just in the store with my girlfriends, wanting to buy some nice things, when the saleswoman, an older lady, came up to us and asked one of my friends to please give her all the items. My friend's colleague said she wasn't finished yet, but the saleswoman said she didn't care. She kept watching us the whole time, and then I finally asked her if there was a problem. She said no, but that she had to close. I told her she could tell us that in a normal tone, and she said, "Oh yes, I don't close until 7 pm." It was only 3:45 pm. I shop here very often and have always received very friendly service. This woman should consider that her behavior is driving away young people who actually want to feel comfortable in an adult store.

We've always had good experiences at other branches. Not so at this one. We were served by an older woman, and she wasn't exactly friendly. We also witnessed several other young men being treated very rudely, while she was overly friendly to an older gentleman who was present. This is anything but professional when customers are treated based on personal preference and age. Finally, we were accused of damaging merchandise, even though it was clearly not broken; the only issue was that the eyelet was in the wrong place. We would have liked to point this out to the woman, but we were interrupted loudly and very rudely. We definitely won't be coming back, and staff training would be appropriate, as one expects respectful treatment, especially in such an environment.

The shop is tidy, organized, and stylish. It's not like many adult shops that feel seedy. On the contrary, it feels like a normal store. You go in and shop just like you would at a supermarket or a clothing store. The staff do a fantastic job to maintain this atmosphere. Speaking of clothing, we were there on September 18, 2025, and the employee's advice on lingerie, as well as her dedication in finding perfectly fitting and incredibly sexy lingerie, deserves 12 out of 10! Absolutely fantastic work! We were in the shop a year ago, and the employee then also gave us excellent advice on lingerie and sex toys! "Erotic shopping" is truly enjoyable at this level. Keep up the good work, and once again, a huge compliment to the staff!! We'll definitely be back! It's just a shame that we live so far away and can only visit if we happen to be on the highway and passing through Weiterstadt.
