The ambiance was great. The location was very clean. I always enjoyed coming here. Unfortunately, my last visit was also my last. The chemistry just wasn't right. It happens, no problem. However, the tone was correspondingly harsh. Still okay. What was unusual for me was that the price was quoted significantly higher than I was used to, and I stated that it was too expensive for me. This led to an argument, with accusations that I wanted to negotiate or that I wouldn't get extra services for free. What nonsense. In short, I canceled the appointment, and afterwards, I had what I considered a pleasant, clarifying conversation with the manager. I received a warning with the comment that I was trying to haggle and should be careful. Unjustified, as far as I'm concerned, since there had never been any problems on previous visits, let alone any price negotiations. And I had always been aware of the prices up until then. But it is what it is. As a customer, however, I don't have to put up with everything and should be given the option to leave if the chemistry isn't right. With that in mind...
