SMallVacation is a fully equipped BDSM holiday apartment on the East Frisian North Sea coast, at Upgant-Schott in the Brookmerland. It is let discreetly and whole: no view in from outside, and nothing to explain to anyone.

The apartment is written about in terms of the tides it sits beside — tension and release, control and surrender, the way the North Sea turns twice a day. Every room is set up for something, every piece of equipment is fixed in place, and guests need bring nothing but themselves.

Alongside the booking pages the site keeps a BDSM glossary, a preferences compass, a page on roles, a limits checklist and a consent form.
