Badehaus Babylon is a gay bathhouse on Friesenstraße in Cologne, a moment from Friesenplatz and five minutes from the Ehrenstraße. It has been running for over thirty years and covers more than 1,400 m² of wellness, sauna and cruising.

It opens 365 days a year. On weekdays it runs from ten in the morning until six the next morning; at weekends and on public holidays it simply does not close.

The week has a shape to it. Wednesdays bring hourly infusions with fruit in the Finnish sauna, Thursday is student day, Friday carries a two-for-one voucher and Sunday afternoons are given over to wellness. Tuesday is the day for kinks and fetishes, rotating through a Bear Tuesday, a Wet Night in the Area 51 and a Puppy Night across the month, and the second Saturday brings a long sauna night with a midnight snack.
