My wife and I visited the Orion store today. We received excellent advice from an older lady, which led us to decide to shop there.
Two thumbs up for the friendly and expert advice! 👍👍
The staff is very friendly and helpful. You have plenty of time to look at the different products, and any questions are answered professionally. You get firsthand advice, and there's no such thing as a "stupid question."
All in all, I would recommend this store based on my own experience.
Very nice shop, well-maintained, clean, and I immediately felt comfortable, even as a new customer. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful; if you're a layperson and don't know much about it, you'll receive competent advice. I can only recommend it!
Top.
Hello
I was in Dortmund last week because I had an appointment there.
I arrived very early and had some time to spare, so I decided to just pop into Orion. I could have saved myself the trouble.
The advice was poor, practically nonexistent. It's unacceptable when I, as a customer, know more than the staff. Unfortunately, I left after half an hour without having bought anything.
