Good experience tbh it was empty it gives you the vibe of exclusivness, steaming sauna need some work over all not so pricey good staff you can enjoy your time 😉

Hello, I was recently at Sauna 11. Everything was fine until I started a conversation upstairs in the service area and was asked where I was from. I answered, and when I asked if he/she was from, he/she replied from Istanbul. I said that wasn't a problem, and at that moment the atmosphere became very aggressive and defensive, making it impossible to clarify the situation. I don't know this person's name, but perhaps he/she remembers. One shouldn't behave like that. It wasn't my intention to offend anyone, nor was it out of xenophobia, but I got the impression that's how it was perceived because of the defensive attitude. I tried to get an explanation, but it wasn't possible. Therefore, I have a bad feeling about visiting the sauna again. Clarification/Situation: I was otherwise satisfied, except for this incident, which I don't want to elaborate on. I've been satisfied otherwise. I'm incredibly sorry, but it can't be changed. I can only hope that he or she didn't get into any trouble because of it. It's advisable to think about what you want to say beforehand, in my opinion.

very clean and wonderful sauna in Düsseldorf,Germany. it is consists of 2 floors. spa facilities on one floor and playing areas on the other. plenty of space to play around and including hygienical showers. opens until 1am on weekdays and non stop on weekends.keep it up guys. thank u
