The advice I received was good, but the customer service was terrible. I bought a chainmail top on Saturday. That evening, while we were getting ready, it simply ripped. The store was already closed because it was 9 pm. So, on Tuesday, I went back to exchange it. There, I was accused of lying and of wearing it and then returning it. Only after a long discussion was it sent off for repair. But for 40 euros, you'd expect at least that much. Incredibly rude.

The advice I received was very poor. I was recommended a product that has only one star on its own (!) website. After unpacking it at home (obviously!), I discovered that the product doesn't work, meaning it's defective according to § 434 of the German Civil Code (BGB). It's therefore unusable; nevertheless, the saleswoman claimed the product was used and refused an exchange, becoming rude and abusive. I recommend that customers research online and, if possible, order directly from the manufacturer. Or visit a different store.

I had a very friendly and lovely saleswoman this morning. I felt warmly welcomed without being overwhelmed. The store is well-stocked and clean.

My wife and I visited for the first time a while ago and weren't disappointed. The store itself is beautifully laid out, with a great selection and, above all, a huge variety. The saleswoman was also fantastic, giving us excellent advice and answering all our questions. We'll definitely be back again! 😊

My wife and I wanted to buy lingerie, but we left the store because of the sales assistant. After my wife couldn't find anything in the fitting room the first time, we asked the sales assistant for help. She quickly gave my wife something, which she then tried on in the fitting room. My wife heard her asking every ten seconds if she was ready... My wife liked one item, but she had only been given the top of the three-piece set and couldn't really picture what it looked like, so she gave it back to the sales assistant. The sales assistant then told us that she doesn't like it when customers look at the clothes too closely, and she also doesn't like it when customers spend hours in the store. We were only there for a maximum of 20 minutes. It was basically like, "You have to know what you're buying beforehand." It's a shame we even gave one star for such an unfriendly sales assistant.
