I really don't understand the negative reviews. If the roller doors are open, then you have to operate the door to open it. Sometimes it's even open as early as 9:10 a.m. Of course, the staff has to keep an eye on things. Otherwise, they might as well just put a "Self-Service" sign on the door. In any case, I've always received excellent service. The sales staff are friendly, and if I'm ever undecided, they notice and someone comes to help. Five stars from me for every purchase.
I always enjoy coming back. Thank you for your great work!
No stars at all!
Retail stores are always complaining about people ordering online. With this store, you have to order online.
Tuesday, 9:40 a.m. closed (customers waiting outside), fine, I'll run some errands. 10:00 a.m. store closed, everyone waiting has given up.
I come back at 10:10 a.m., still closed.
Another person waiting says, "Nothing new, she's probably asleep again," and drives off. So I do too and order online instead of from Orion.
By Orion
I'm a frequent visitor to the Orion store in Meerane, and I really must give a huge compliment to all the employees at this branch. The store is always clean and tidy, the staff are incredibly friendly, take their time, and show genuine interest in each customer's needs. You can tell they work with heart. Nobody's perfect, everyone makes mistakes and doesn't know everything, but they correct themselves and try their best to do their best. All in all, I love shopping there, and I haven't experienced such a relaxed and friendly customer service atmosphere in a long time.
I went shopping at Orion today and was extremely satisfied. The red-haired employee gave me excellent advice and was also very friendly. I can highly recommend this store if you're looking for competent and friendly staff.
I find the store clean and tidy. The merchandise display isn't overwhelming. The sales staff are always friendly and polite and happy to help.
