Ordering online – an uncomfortable feeling, even embarrassment? Not as long as Ms. Lehmann works in this store!
I've never felt uncomfortable with my questions or the advice I've received. I've always been given thorough advice, every question was taken seriously, and the necessary sensitivity was demonstrated. Not a single purchase I've made has been a mistake; I'm more than satisfied.
Reading reviews online is possible, but it's no comparison to what you get here in the store.
Absolutely recommended!!!
My favorite sales assistants, always top-notch advice. Especially if you're not very knowledgeable yet, you feel completely at ease there! I'll definitely be back!
Thanks again so much! 🥳
You always receive a warm welcome. The most experienced employee (…not to say oldest) is truly a wonderful person. Her qualities are: a friendly listener, offering advice and tips, and even helping you navigate the product range.
I will gladly shop here again anytime. Thank you so much – and a happy and healthy New Year 2020!
I was pleasantly surprised by the store. The sales assistants were very friendly and showed and explained things without making you feel silly. Everything was clean and the store smelled wonderful. I felt very well taken care of and will definitely come back!
I highly recommend visiting this store. The saleswomen greeted me very warmly, and they always answered my questions politely and knowledgeably. I haven't regretted shopping there for a single moment. The products they recommended exceeded both my wife's and my expectations. Many thanks again to the friendly saleswomen. I'll definitely be back to shop there again.
