Staff is very unfriendly and rude. It’s a no no for me
It used to be better, but now there's an increasing number of Eastern European people who can't control themselves and cause us stress.
It was okay, but unfortunately there were no accessible toilets and no 90 kg emo goth mommy who wanted to iron me in the back room.

Wouldn’t let us in because we don’t speak german.. im a tourist its a shame we are being discriminated..very poor service
