What happened to this place? They are a shadow of what they use to be, way better than now, I was a frequent visitor here during the mid 00's whenever I traveled to Auckland this place use to be packed now I hardly see anyone in there now on top of that you have dancers who haven't done anything yet hassling patrons for tips, you need to sort this out showgirls no one likes been hassled for tips the moment they walk in.

Under new ownership. Manager and girls remain awesome BUT the tone is dropping ... Taking copies of ID to enter. NOT ON, and ripe for identity fraud and abuse. Don't treat your customers like criminals. It's not even an age check. Wrong place to trust with you identity information. Beer options are degraded. Nothing on tap any more, just Asahi dry bottles as the only option. Girls work for tips and dances, no hourly wage, so be kind. But also mindful, 2 rounds of collection ... of $2/$3 notes ...

Poor service and money hungry. Show girls Christchurch. Very disappointed. Me and a few friends signed up to go along to the opening and we all received golden tickets for free entry. Excited we all headed there. All to be told by the lady on the door that our names were not on the list and we hadn't even given our names yet. Showed her our emails that we received about free entry, all to be told no its just a invitation, when the email clearly states admit one. Then expected us to pay to get in. Your establishment lost out on a lot of money because of this error. I will stick to calendar girls.

Avoid this place at all costs. My experience at Showgirls Auckland was absolutely horrible. From the moment we arrived, the dancers kept asking for money and constantly tried to pressure or trick me into spending more. When I had already used up all my tips, the dancer performing became rude and aggressive, yelling at me to buy more tips for her and shouting at me to leave in a very disrespectful way. This place does not treat customers with basic respect. Instead, it focuses only on squeezing as much money as possible from people. I strongly advise others to avoid this club if you want a safe, respectful, and enjoyable night out in Auckland.

The girls are awesome, security is too. Always fun. Asian bar girl though, my god makes you wait, no people skills doesn't pick up bottles, doesn't do much. Rude, grumpy, and the only downfall of the whole place really. Not a pleasant person and shouldn't be behind a bar, the only person there that seems like she doesn't want to be. Update: She gone, good riddance. Place is way better and the service at the bar is perfect.
