Delight U is a liberal naturist spa on Rua João dos Santos in the Ajuda district of Lisbon, and it describes itself without much hedging as the best liberal spa in the city — a place where physical and mental health meet desire and excitement.

The spa side is properly equipped: two jacuzzis, a sauna and a Turkish bath, which the venue is candid about being for relaxing or playing in. Beyond them are the themed rooms, which is where the swing side of the house lives.
