The adult store is very bright and well-organized. The staff is very courteous and always very friendly. I enjoy shopping there and feel comfortable doing so.

The prices are worse than the embarrassment believe me.
Unfortunately, I was unable to shop at the store today. I entered the store and proactively showed my doctor's certificate regarding the mask requirement. I was told that shopping is only possible with a mask. Certificate or no certificate. As a long-time customer, I feel severely discriminated against. Even when I tried to complain to the hotline, there was very little understanding for my concerns. Management had made the decision. Period. I will avoid these stores in the future. If they can afford to be so rude...
