Great experience! The staff was surprisingly friendly and helpful, making me feel comfortable right away. It’s a well-maintained spot with a respectful atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and looking for quality service.

We love this shop, there are friendly staff and we’ve had some really amazing fun in le salon cinema. 100% we reckon that the exaggerated nasty reviews from people are written by typical sheltered tourists who are simply there to giggle and take photos. This was the most shocking and appalling experience I have ever had in a business. The owner yelled at us repeatedly just for browsing. When my husband calmly told him there was no need to speak to us that way, the owner spat in his face, called him the N-word, and even said that if he could, he would eradicate our race. He then kicked us out. This behaviour was not only unprofessional but also openly racist, aggressive, and abusive. No one should ever be treated this way. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Horrible employees, the facially challenged balding man screamed at my friend and I for having our phones in our hands. He screamed at us several times seconds after walking into the store. Since when was walking around with your phones in your hands a crime??The phones were OFF and he screamed “get out of here with your phones” we asked him politely if we can put it in our bags and he became even more frantic. Absolutely awful experience with this store, don’t waste your money here. That ‘man’ needs to be put in his place and FIRED!!!!! I hope management sort this out as individuals like this are sickening. Luckily there are many other stores nearby which are much much more welcoming than this one and had delightful staff members. What a sad old man, I’m surprised this store is even still open.

These people who complain about the service must be needy. I did my shopping without any problems. The store has an incredible variety of products and the prices are quite ok compared to more touristy stores. I was treated normally. I have nothing to complain about the store. I think the people who complain must have gone to film the store or something like that and that's why they were warned and didn't like it.
