I love this store. It’s clean. It’s well staffed and the staff is very helpful. I can always find what I’m looking for and if not, I can go on their website and order it and pick it up that day. Well done Castle mega store.

Went in to find something new for date night, and like usual they never disappoint. HUGE selection of lingerie and panties and alllll the toys you can think of. Everyone was so personable and I was helped by a wonderful young lady with great eyeliner. Will definitely be back!!

Heard great things about this store wanted to give it a try. They have a broad selection of items however when we asked to open another product (for example they had several different lubes for sampling but not every line was represented w what was open to try and smell) and if they could open a product because it wasn’t in the sample section, they rudely shut the question down and made us feel uncomfortable/awkward for even asking. I understand store policies but there’s obviously not policies on samples that are open if 80% of the products are open for sampling. Just could’ve definitely been answered differently and it would’ve been great if the product was added to the sample section, probably would’ve bought more could we had smelt them. Felt awkward after, purchased our products and left.

Usually has a large selection, more than most stores in this town. Sometimes their prices are a bit high and it would be nice if they let you try on clothes, like the other stores do I get why they wouldn't but you're spending a lot of money and things need to fit well. Did save money on rope. And 90% of the time they have great customer service.
