Obsessions Cabaret is on US-60 in Barboursville, in the premises that used to trade as Lady Godiva's — a change the club records itself, printing '(Formerly Lady Godiva's)' under its own address. It calls itself West Virginia's newest gentlemen's club and a premier erotic entertainment venue.

What it advertises is full-nude, full-contact private dances, alongside a full bar: top-shelf liquor, cocktails, cold beer, premium champagne and VIP bottle service. It takes bookings for bachelor, corporate and birthday parties.
