The venue opens late — roughly 22:00 until 06:00 — which is standard for Buenos Aires nightlife, where clubs fill after midnight. Argentina permits sex work by adults but prohibits organising or profiting from it, so the city's adult scene runs through bars, cabarets and private apartments rather than licensed brothels.
