The room was clean, but I smelled an oil scent in the sheets; the sheets probably weren't changed. We are never coming back here. The TV didn't work; we paid for a luxury room, but it looked like an ordinary room.

Even not answering goedemorgen or any other greetings in Dutch!!!!
Didnt stay there, but just went inside asked them for help calling a taxi for me. Very friendly staff. Place seemed very nice and clean. Seemed well maintained. I might try it next time am in gent
