The Best Swingers Clubs in Las Vegas

The best swingers club in Las Vegas is PlayhouseLV, a private club that admits members by application. Nicole's Vegas, formerly FlirtsLV, runs it close with pool parties every weekend. The Green Door and the Red Rooster are the clubs you can simply turn up to, and Sea Mountain is the daytime, clothing-optional choice.

Five venues make the list. Here they are in the order we would send a couple, with the reasons under the list.

We ranked on the crowd, how well each night is run and how the venue holds up from one visit to the next.

PlayhouseLV is the most selective room in the city. Membership is by approval and its gatherings are capped at 150 members. It opens on Friday and Saturday nights from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m., plus a third-Thursday night, and the doors take arrivals only for the first two hours, so plan to be there early.

Nicole's Vegas is the party option among the private venues. It holds night parties every Friday and Saturday and pool events every Saturday and Sunday, in a 5,000-square-foot house with a 3,000-square-foot pool area, a BYOB nightclub with a DJ and its own playrooms. It is for couples and single women, and pre-screened single men are let in for the pool events.

The Green Door on East Sahara Avenue is the one to choose if you want to decide on the night. There is no reservation and no invitation: you pay at the door, nightly or as a member. Nobody has to undress or join in, and it stays open until 6 a.m. at weekends.

The Red Rooster is the longest-running swingers club in Las Vegas, a large house seven miles east of the Strip with a dance floor, group and private rooms, an indoor pool and jacuzzi, and an upstairs floor for couples only. It is BYOB, does not prescreen its guests and welcomes singles. Note the age floor: you must be 25 or older.

Sea Mountain is different from the rest, a clothing-optional day club and night retreat three minutes from the Strip, for couples and women only. Go for the pools and cabanas rather than a late club night.

The two walk-in clubs run from Wednesday to Sunday. The Green Door and the Red Rooster are both closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The Red Rooster opens 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Sunday. The Green Door opens at 8 p.m. and runs to 5 a.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and to 6 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

The two private venues are weekend clubs. PlayhouseLV and Nicole's Vegas both hold their main nights on Friday and Saturday, and Nicole's adds pool days on Saturday and Sunday.
