very knowledgable and understanding service & I've found what I've been looking for (it's useful to look up their products on their site beforehead)
Service was horrible, came on their open hours to find the employee closed the placed and was smoking outside I tried to go in and she rolled her eyes on me to then open the door, I asked something in English she acted like she doesn’t speak English which is okay but I’m sure she understood me she just did not wanted to work, then I look around in the store she was staring at me the whole time with her arm close I could feel all she wanted it was for me to leave, it suck’s to see people hating their job so much, if you don’t like it get something else but it’s not the customer’s fault.
They sold me an expansive toy for me and my girlfriend that was broken. I live in Denmark and have wrote that i want my money back or a new toy. I am willing to send the brokken one back but they dont respond. So i just wasted over 3000 CZK. I would not recomend
Most of the toys look like they've been there for a while and 99% made in China. However, the sales associate was knowledgable and respectful. Womanizer, WeVibe, and Lovense make it worth a stop for people with vulvas.
If I am to talk about the products and the goal of the company erotic city, I would give it a 0, but the 2 employees I met there are so nice, they deserve to work in a better place, and they deserve to promote good things, not bad things.
