I visited the store in Brno. For years I was afraid to enter such a place, but I stepped in and was surprised by the excellent saleswoman. She helped me with everything, apparently she has a high level of specialization, a large assortment and, most importantly, pleasant and gentle treatment.
The store has improved significantly since my last visit, the staff is very nice and happy to help with anything. I always leave satisfied.
Kate is sooooo nice and friendly. I like her behaviour and services 🤗🤗
I have to say that the saleswoman was very unpleasant just because my young friend and I were curious and went to see what the store had to offer. The saleswoman spoke in a very rude manner. That we had found something and please don't touch anything. It could have been said more politely... I will never go back here again.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. They try to accommodate you in everything and give you the best advice.
