3 months ago I had my helix pierced along with a lobe piercing, my first in 40 years. Sam was fantastic and so gentle. I have been back today and Sam helped me chose a new sleeper for my helix. I even went and had another piercing in my lobe! 😉 Highly recommended. Will definitely be back. Thanks Anna
Ice nine is a proper little house of treasures, so many beautiful pieces of one off jewellery and random precious bits and bobs. To be able to deal with real people who care about what they are selling is fantastic and can’t recommend it enough
Ice Nine has been part of my Nottingham life for as long as I remember...
Always inclusive, out there & with the warm, familiar feeling & scent of a joss stick as you enter
Beautiful jewellery, interesting knick knacks & staff who are really helpful & understand their client groups 😀
I've been a customer for years; however, after my most recent visit, it seems the staff lack competence. If you need any advice or help, especially with jewellery, I strongly suggest you go elsewhere or buy online, as you'll just end up wasting your money and they won’t refund you.
Amazing selection of accessories for the more alternative folk. Absolutely amazing service. I had great help finding items for my nephew with what felt like a personal shopper experience. Ditch boring online shopping and come to Ice Nine for a shopping experience
