FNO The Queen's Game — October 2026

The Queen's Game is Friends Night Out's woman-directed play party, on Friday 23 October 2026 in Aurora, Illinois. Doors open at 9pm, lock at 10pm, and the night wraps at midnight. The dress code is clubwear.

The format is the point. The organisers set up four private play areas and sell four couples' tickets. Each of those women is a Queen for the night. Single women may take a couples' ticket if they bring a safety person. Tickets are then sold separately to single men.

During the cocktail hour, the Queen's partner holds thirteen cards of one suit. Men are expected to introduce themselves and talk; if a Queen decides someone is a worthy playmate, she has her partner hand him a card. When the WildRumpus is called, each Queen retires to her room and receives only the men holding her cards. As the organisers put it, one man might collect all four cards and another none at all.

Play is explicitly not guaranteed, and the organisers are unusually direct about it. Men are expected to be fit and able to hold a conversation, and to have a profile on a lifestyle site — Kasidie, FetLife, SLS or SDC are the ones named — so the Queens can look them up beforehand. The organisers review every reservation and say they will remove and refund anyone they think has no realistic chance. The Queens finalise their choices at 10:30pm, so arriving after 10pm may mean being turned away.

Queens sign up rather than being booked, and may only take the role once a quarter — the organisers say this is to avoid any appearance of solicitation. Queens are asked to arrive by 8:30pm.

It is BYOB, with munchies and mixers provided. Four private rooms are in use, two upstairs and two downstairs.

Entry was advertised at around $50 early bird or $60 regular for couples, and $60 early bird, $70 regular or $100 on the door for single men. Treat those as indications and confirm when you book. Booking runs through the organiser's own site and issues a confirmation number by email that security checks you in with — so check your spam folder.
