Excellent selection and fantastic sales staff. The slim gentleman with black hair and piercings gave us top-notch advice. I felt very well taken care of.
Regarding the criticisms from other reviews: what are the employees supposed to do when they are legally required to take a break, which they are also entitled to? Retail is chronically understaffed, and if there's only one person there and they need to take a break, there's no alternative but to temporarily close the store. I work in retail myself and know all about it.
We arrived Saturday at 4:00 PM; the store closes at 6:00 PM.
We were told to leave and come back half an hour later so he could take his break. We knew exactly what we wanted and told him so; it would only take two minutes, but we still had to leave. Is this what they call customer service? We're never going back to that store!
Never again will I use this branch!! We arrived at 2 PM and there was a sign on the door saying "I'll be back at 2:20 PM"! We had to wait in the heat! Then when I tried to pay, they said "card payments not accepted"!! I had to walk through the heat to the next bank! The staff was incompetent, and they even made a €200 mistake.
Orion. I wish your website had a multiple country selection. One of which being USA.
I think this erotic shop is world-class! I've been there several times now and I have to say that everything is to my complete satisfaction! It's all clean and very well-maintained, and the staff is fantastic. You can ask them anything and always get a factual and competent answer! I've always received excellent help and I'm already looking forward to my next visit! I highly recommend this shop and would strongly advise you to check it out.
