I would especially like to highlight the incredibly friendly service and advice! The lady who advised me was particularly knowledgeable, understanding, and always helpful.
After years of shopping at Eis.de, I had an extremely positive surprise here. Since I had to buy three times over from that retailer due to quality issues, I found the price-performance ratio here, especially with the 20% discount for new customers, to be excellent.
Thank you for the lovely evening and the great advice! Top-notch products!
That was our first time! 😁
We thought the consultation was fantastic and felt completely at ease. The redhead 😉 was very approachable and explained everything down to the smallest (and biggest) detail. We'd love to come back again, even though we're not from Wuppertal. Absolutely top-notch!
Yesterday, my wife and I visited the Orion Store in Wuppertal for the first time. The saleswoman was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. She gave us detailed advice about the product we were interested in and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We will definitely be back!
A lovely shop in a central location, easily accessible from the City Arkaden shopping center and Wuppertal's main train station. It's a specialty store where you can browse to your heart's content, and the staff provides excellent and friendly service. A visit to this shop is highly recommended.
I always enjoy shopping there.
Great staff and excellent advice. I was in the store relatively early on March 2nd and received excellent advice from a saleswoman, who also explained everything about the products I bought. Hats off to her; she really understands both expertise and customer service.
I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
