The old woman at the reception desk was incredibly unhelpful.
When I called, she hung up on me abruptly.
The receptionist's attitude was so rude that I never want to use this hotel again. It was so unpleasant. I don't even want to give it one star.
The receptionist lady had such a bad attitude, it was infuriating. This front desk lady is the worst. She gave off a strong vibe of being unwilling and annoying.
I had nowhere to stay, so I used this place (like a regular hotel, haha).
It was a lifesaver!
The male staff member who answered the phone after 10 PM and at the front desk was very polite and helpful.

I appreciate that they provide disposable slippers. The lack of a refrigerator is somewhat inconvenient. The staff seemed unwilling to do their jobs. Their phone manner and complete silence when serving food were unpleasant. The room was clean, so overall it was okay.
