The room was clean, but I hope the staff's service attitude could be better.

The touch panel at the reception desk doesn't display the total price – a rather sneaky system. I was so satisfied with the nice room that I was going to give a high rating, but I was disappointed at the end... Do you think you can make a profit by cutting that 1000 yen short?

A male staff member in a suit. When asked, "Is there a place to park bicycles?", he replied, "You can just park them around here, can't you?" When asked, "Will you take responsibility if they are removed?", he answered, "I don't know about that." Irresponsible, unfriendly staff members who can casually say things like "Shut up!" to customers are working here.

The room was clean, but the reception was rude. I stayed on a Saturday night, and the surrounding hotels were fully booked, so I happened to check in, but the most expensive room available was 20,000 yen including tax. There was no free food for members, so it would be wise to buy food at a convenience store.
