This was honestly one of the most uncomfortable and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. I handed $200 in cash and was only given $40 back. When I immediately addressed it, instead of receiving help, I was met with dismissive, unprofessional, and even mocking behavior. At no point did I feel like anyone was genuinely interested in resolving the situation. The footage they showed was unclear and did not provide any real answer, yet they still refused to take responsibility or properly investigate what happened. The manager was unhelpful and dismissive, and security only made things worse by escalating the situation instead of assisting. I even had to involve the police, which turned what should have been a normal night into a stressful and upsetting experience. I left feeling completely disrespected, unsupported, and deeply uncomfortable with how everything was handled. I strongly advise anyone visiting to be extremely cautious, especially when handling cash.
