Mystic Cabaret sits on West Navy Boulevard in Pensacola and bills itself as where Pensacola comes to play. It reckons it sets the benchmark for adult entertainment in the city, with — by its own count — more than fifty entertainers, the Mystic Muses, performing across a week.

The room has full bar service, flat-screen TVs and live DJ sets, in what the club calls a stylish, laid-back atmosphere. Private dances come in three shapes: an open dance area for a song in a relaxed VIP setting, semi-private dances behind the curtain in the VIP lounge lasting ten to thirty minutes, and seven private champagne rooms for one-on-one dances of half an hour to an hour with bottle service.

There is a dress code, and the club states it plainly: no sleeveless shirts, no sunglasses indoors, nothing excessively baggy, no bandanas or du-rags, no gang-affiliated attire and no backpacks.

It opens every night of the week at seven in the evening and runs to three in the morning.
