Melissa was amazing and she went above and beyond. The staff was accommodating and treated us perfectly for my best friend's birthday. The beautiful woman did their job. Thank you all so much. And the food was delicious as well 😋 5 🌟

Jenni P. provided outstanding service from start to finish! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure our bottle service experience was great. She checked on us regularly, kept our drinks and table taken care of, and had such a positive attitude that made the night even better great energy . The food was also excellent fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. Between the amazing service and the great food, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. If you have the chance, definitely ask for Jenni P. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I fear this establishment has hired the main character. Came for one drink. Left emotionally attached to the bartender, Destina. She’s offensively hot and criminally charming. Every drink tastes like it was handcrafted by a beautiful genius with perfect eyeliner and impeccable taste. Also, if you have time, ask her to show you one of her many, MANY AI masterpieces. Honestly, someone call Netflix. I need 12 episodes immediately. The drinks? Incredible. The vibes? Immaculate. The bartender? A public treasure. Five stars only because Google won’t let me give her the Emmy she’s clearly earned.

From the moment we sat down at Bar 7, Destina, Monica, and Grace provided exceptional customer service. They were so welcoming, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. We came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and these ladies made sure it felt extra special. The food was absolutely amazing and that Banana Foster… WOW! 😋 Thank you, Destina, Monica, and Grace, for making our celebration so memorable. I can’t wait to come back to Rachel’s!

OK I been holding out like a virgin on prom night. Yet this extravagant atmosphere an exceptional staff really pays attention to detail. It's started off with MJ at the door. An then the hospitality as well as the extravagant down to earth Mel making her job look easy an the iron man Scott sold me. People like him him an her an what I observed every one compliments the environment. I've been to the finest establishments an 2026 Rachels steak house got the gold an platinum. La falimila oh an one more this the menu try that lobster bisque the ribeyebon point flavorful like the environment on love ❤️
