This hotel is great. Very spacious beautiful rooms. Exceptional staff. A gentleman by the name of Ray was amazing. Very accommodating. There were a couple of Lil hiccups along the way, but were handled in a very timely manner. The view of the Sphere was awesome. I would recommend this hotel 10/10 times and will definitely be staying in the future. The complimentary bottle of wine was a great touch.

Really great hotel a block away from the strip. Non smoking, with no casino. The rooms are huge with a full kitchen, soaking tub and a balcony. You really cannot beat the customer service. Lindsay the manager and Andrew the bartender really go above an beyond and the rest of the staff is great! Another huge plus is you are not bombarded with sales people your entire stay like you are on the strip. You have the choice to pick a great view of the sphere and there is free parking. Best value in Vegas I've experienced so far. Ill definitely be back!

We had an event at the Venetian 2 weeks ago and needed a place to stay that was affordable, comfortable, and most importantly for us Quiet. Both me and my wife are Neurodivergent and have sensitivity to sound. Finding this hotel walking distance from the strip was helpful as it helped keep the evenings quiet. The rooms had solid blackout curtains so we didn’t have sensory overload in the mornings. The rooms were spacious, and all the signage was large and easy to read. And we didn’t have to deal with the usual utter chaos of the strip which was perfect. Did I mention the complimentary bottle of wine? 😁 Staff was professional the service was great. We would definitely stay here again. Great experience.

You all excel at customer service! Lyndsey went above and beyond to make my stay excellent. She was kind, made amazing recommendations, was accommodating to my unique needs and I could go on and on. She was exceptional. I also had an amazing experience with Justis in the restaurant. He was absolutely fantastic. It felt like I was having lunch with a friend. He answered questions I had and even made recommendations. Shout out to the chef, my food was delicious and perfectly temperature. Where you lost points of what could have easily been a 10 out of 10 stay was the cleanliness of the room. There were dead moths in places that should have been vacuumed, hair on my sink in more than one place and just small debris that should not have been on surfaces, like chair seats and sofa. It just didn't give what I imagined should be Platinum clean. If you all fix that issue, then I would love to return. You have so many amazing things going, from the no smoke, to the top tier service and people, location and wonderful view, I hate that all that was marred by the one thing that all people desire, a clean room.
