Stopped by Adult World and honestly had a better customer service experience than I’ve had at some big retail stores. The place was clean, well-stocked, and had way more variety than I expected. The real MVP, though, was the lady at the front desk—the one with all the awesome tattoos and the dog hanging out with her. She was friendly, funny, and somehow managed to make shopping for things you definitely don’t ask your grandparents about feel completely normal. She was helpful without hovering, answered my questions, and had me laughing before I even started browsing. The dog was an unexpected bonus and definitely added to the welcoming vibe. If you’re a little nervous about going in, don’t be. Between the laid-back atmosphere, the fantastic front desk staff, and the unexpected four-legged greeter, you’ll leave wondering why you didn’t stop by sooner. Five stars—I came for the products, but the customer service (and honorary employee pup) stole the show.

I had such a great experience at Adult World! The woman who helped me had really cool tattoos and she introduced me to her really cute dog. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was nice all the woman are beautiful! Don't come if you broke u not getting in! I will be back it was fun but some things could go as better the lap dance could be longer u paying 20 dollars for a 3 minute lap dance then no girls are interested in hooking up with a good guy like myself like why we spending our hard earned money on you Ladies if we can't get a happy ending
