Room 77 is an American producer of couples-lifestyle events, better known for the hotel takeovers it runs under the name EVENTS 77 and for a long-running podcast about the lifestyle. It is run by a couple who publish their own story on the site under the names Lauren and Richard, and the operating company is LRC 77 LLC of Houston, Texas.

It holds no premises. Its events take over an existing all-inclusive resort for the duration, and it describes the format itself: couples only, all inclusive, lifestyle friendly, clothing optional, with live DJs and theme nights. Its next announced takeover, SIN 2026, is on Isla Mujeres in Mexico in October 2026, and it says the main hotel is already full, with guests welcome to stay elsewhere and set their own schedule. A further edition, FLIRT 2027, is already announced.
