Me and my boyfriend went had a great time and drinks were so good. Julie our waitress took AMAZING care of us, will definitely be going back !
One of the most upscale and SAFEST clubs in San Antonio! Waitress Julie always takes care of me and makes sure we have everything we need! Hell of an establishment!
Had a lovely time with the girls and music at Palace on a Saturday night. Loved it so much that I came back Sunday! Special shout out to my cocktail waitress, Debbie, for keeping me fat and happy the whole time. Hoping to make it back to San Antonio in the future and it’ll be my first stop!
I went to Palace Clubs thinking it was going to be a good experience, but honestly the service completely threw me off. The waitresses had attitudes the whole time like we were bothering them just for being there, and it made the whole vibe uncomfortable.
On top of that, it didn’t feel welcoming at all. It was very clear what kind of crowd they cater to, and if you don’t fit that, the energy is off. I’m not the type to complain, but when you’re spending money somewhere, basic respect and good service shouldn’t be too much to ask.
There are way better places in San Antonio where you’ll actually feel appreciated and have a good time. I won’t be going back.
No dancers the few girls that were there seem like they just wanted money. Do not use a credit card or a debit card these places will charge you for drinks that you did not order!!!
